Phenomenal ending to a wonderful series.

Amazing book. It not only brings so much culture together, but kept me wanting to solve each of thr murders while putting a fun twist of humour throughout to make it a very enjoyable read. I adore Geung 🥹

This book had me loving Collin Cotterill right from the start. Having come from a different part of the world myself, and having lived overseas and been exposed to many different cultures most of my life - he did an absolutely phenomenal job of putting a fun twist in the novel while doing it respectfully and honorably of other cultures, traditions and beliefs - made him climb quickly as one of my favourite authors.

I've seen a lot of people say that Four, brings nothing new to the table, but really it does. Bringing a different perspective of where Four comes from, his past, how he got to where he was, his successes (not just a small highlight of what is exposed to Tris, in the Divergent series), offers a whole different perspective on the story line for me. From escaping his father to learning his mother is alive - it showed me an entirely different angle of not just the heroic side of the life and wanting to do what's right but the inner battle of the childhood traumatic past, new and old wounds placed right in front of you and still having to make the right choice, no matter how hard.

I have been a Golden Girls fan for as long as I can remember. These cozy little mysteries bring such a delight to a world that I remember growing up with and continue to turn on the tv every night as I fall asleep. I can't wait for more.
