What a wild ride! This story kept me up reading way past bedtime with twisty suspense and thick-as-pea-soup atmosphere. I definitely recommend this one, especially if you enjoy an English country house mystery but would prefer a little more slasher mixed in.

I'm reading this series in order and I have to say this is my least favorite so far in an otherwise delightful set of mysteries.

I listened to the audio version of this book while waiting for a meeting to begin. I enjoyed the light analysis.

Someone got paid a lot of money to promote this garbage. I couldn't put it down fast enough and I wish I had my evening back.

Very short, the ending snuck up on me!

My favorite so far

Audio version - I had no idea there are so many in the series!

I read this for a writing class I was taking. I feel like it taught me quite a bit about voice.

It was a cute mystery that definitely needs a bit more editing. From the descriptions of some characters, I expected them to be much older. For instance, but I would not consider a person on the eve of her 60th birthday to be “geriatric”. Other than those points, it was a relaxing read.
