Absolute must read for anyone trying to sort out various aspects of their life and daily routine. You never realise how much sleep you actually need and what it does for you. This book highlights the importance of sleep and explains everything in a manner that is clear and easy to understand

I feel like literally everyone should read this book! Reading this book totally revolutionised the way I look at spending my time. Gone are the days where I waste hours scrolling endlessly on my phone for no reason.
I actually feel like I've regained a lot of control over my life after reading this book and also look far more differently at how I spend time with my wife and kids. The book highlights the many issues we're now faced with as a rapidly expanding, increasingly online world. I feel like more people would make far more responsible choices if they paid heed to the words in this book. Nothing I can say will do it justice, read/listen to it!

After having read The Martian, I was really excited for this. I really REALLY wanted to like this book but I just didn't.

The main character is not likeable at all. She's a foul mouthed, slutty and self centred character. I don't feel like writing a woman's perspective is Andy's strong point. Even as a guy, I felt offended for women at the way Jazz is portrayed.

The plot of the book was ok I guess. Some exciting moments but I can't help but feel like you could have chopped most of the story out and ended up with the same outcome.

This book started off great and promising, but around the halfway mark it became clear that the story wasn't going anywhere, the characters don't mean anything and nothing this far matters.

The ending was far far worse (if you can call it an ending). I'll never understand the hype behind this book.

Fantastic book and much more upto speed with King's normal works. It's a much easier book to move onto after having read The Gunslinger and the character development is excellent. I found myself cringing, holding my breath and my palms sweating at points for each of the characters.
Well worth a read!
