Great description of complicated emotions when it comes to sexual crime victims. It captures the tiniest, the most subtle feelings. A book makes me ponder and it reveals a lot of emotions surrounding sexual crime victims that I never really thought of.

Cannot help feeling the author is very obsessed with herself. This has nothing to do with author being "apathetic", genuinely does not sound like a pleasant person to be around with. But definitely a honest book..since she sounds like a terrible person (tho maybe she doesn't realize that's why she can be so honest in her writing). Not much insightful tbh.. "Hmmm...OK." is my reaction through entire book.

not a writer. I guess there is no way you could write a good memoir if you were Epstein's victim. Too much spotlight around this. But tbh I don't know how to articulate it but I don't think I would like to be around her. I feel like she is a bit too focus on herself. I guess maybe I just don't like the writing, too thin and pale. (I do feel like a bad person for saying this. But I think I should be honest.)

So CRINGE. She is so obsessed with herself. She is like a highschool girl. Nothing new in this book. Sometimes I feel like she even has some grammar mistake, which is just odd. I have no idea how her editor(s) allows this thing to be published.

Interesting stories. Not much to comment on regarding writing.
