Gave it 2 stars because the smutt is good... otherwise its worth zero stars.
looks like a book written by a teenager... so childish and basic.
Its a great book if you want a lot of smut, for the sake of smutting; but the story is just bland, predictable and the characters are just basic and not at all believable.

The FMC is really basic and irrelevant, disguised in “bad bitch attitude” that is just meh. She would be perfect in the cast of “bad girls club”... a bunch girls with below average intelect that think they need to shout and have “mean attitude” to be perceived as awesome and powerful.

The male characters are a bunch of psycho, ruthless, mafia man that fall for the girl because she is oh so pretty and damaged... ruthlessness goes out the window in the first interaction.

after chapter 18 or 20 I was just passing pages without reading because I just wanted it finished so I could move on.

the characters are soooooo basic and lame.

Jasmine is an adult playing the part of a basic and “mad-for-no-reason” teenager.
the story is so predictable its slightly painful. the relationship between Jasmine and Ivan had great potential, but poorly explored. the “romance” between them is so bland, predictable and... meh.

There were so many great topics the author could have explored more and given depth to the story: Ivan's story, the stalker, Jasmine's work ethic.

I almost gave up half-way through, but mama raised no quitters.

Selene, girl... just talk about it with your soul-mate, your king, your forever and whatnot... problem solved. Also, decide, are you a badass super powerful queen, or a random silly witch and average powers?

I don't care about the characters: basic, inconsistent, overall meh.

I won't be reading the 3rd book.
