Heavy. Very good, but very heavy.

I really loved this. The ending was a bit abrupt, but the general premise and execution was still a winner. I've never read anything like this before, which I appreciate.

Alexa, play Karma by Taylor Swift

Cute and educational. I loved the narwhales.

Started promising, then it got boring and predictable. DNF

I LOVED THIS! I blew through it in about 15 minutes, even though I wasn't planning on finishing in one sitting. I hope Kyle Prue writes more in the comedy genre this because I need more in my life.

The main complaint I see about this book is that she's a little whiny, which is true, but she's also a 12 year old girl and very realistic in her self centered nature. This was a whimsical read about life, death, moving on, found-family, and discovering your place.

Wow, wow, wow. This book was so cute, witty, and fantastic! I can't believe I learned it existed only a few days ago; it should be a must read for everybody young and old. Love, love, love.

This is a BEAUTIFUL story of family, hope, and love. It is about the life of a violin in a happy home that was captured during the Holocaust and locked away. Based on true events with historical and cultural facts; it gave me chills.
Lovely illustrations, as well.

I am reading The Phantom Tollbooth and wanted to check out Norton Juster's other works. This didn't hit the whimsy vibes I was hoping for, but it's still pretty cute.

This wrapped up way too neatly

Everybody is raving about this book, but I thought it was pretty average.

Wolf is such a fun character for a children's book! The illustrations are colorful and cozy, perfect for a Christmas tale. The story may be a little confusing for younger readers, but for 1-3rd grade it's perfect.

This is a very maximalist book style that very young children will enjoy flipping through, but older children and adults may find it a bit too cluttered. I would still recommend!

I, for one, would love more books with unicorns and pugs.

This was a little too confusing, coincidental, and far fetched when it came to the connections. I trust John Marrs and knew he would pull it all together in the end, but it wasn't an instant favorite like most of his books.

What a waste of two hours
