Truly upsetting and also beautifully written. Highly recommend the audiobook which is read by the author.

Definitely some interesting points / analysis but mostly it is disjointed and reads a bit like a school paper.

I could be biased though because I listened to it on audio and the narration was so bad that it was distracting.

Very interesting true story, made even more interesting by all the layers - medical info, family history, and author's experiences. Amazing book!
