It's possible I'd have liked this even more if I hadn't felt so thrown off by how the contents didn't match the description blurb.

I know it's a middle grade book, but I still would have liked to see Arlo need to proactively figure more out instead of things just happening without effort, understanding, precedent or explanation.

Too often very wordy and dull.

I could not keep focused. Maybe reading would have been better than listening? Not sure. I just think this is not for me.

I struggled through almost the entire first half of this book. I couldn't understand what the point of anything was supposed to be and found my attention wandering. The second half became easier to follow, but I was just not very interested in what was happening
