It's a good book but a overrated one

A decent fantasy with an excellent magic system, solid pacing toward the end, and a satisfying conclusion. However, the characters never truly connected with me, many twists felt predictable, and the worldbuilding didn't live up to the hype. I'm glad I finished it, but it didn't meet my expectations.
