This had a lot of great potential but honestly it soon felt slow, a bit weird and clunky. I am not going to read the rest of the trilogy. I liked all the language bits in this, but overall this just didn't work for me. 3 ⭐.

This was good, fast paced, and steamy. Though it felt a little instalove, it was enjoyable and I liked it. Definitely will check out more by this author. 4 ⭐!

Apparently back in 2017 I gave this masterpiece 2 stars. What the hell was I thinking? Yes this is a long trudge to read, like any classic, but I had apparently little to say about this intense historical novel.

I read this in two sittings and I'm confident that this is now one of my favorite classics. The only reason I can think that this was two stars before was due to the fact classics are difficult and I just didn't get it back then. This was before the war between Russia and Ukraine and now I really do understand a lot about this book. This is well written, and worth the read if you haven't yet. And I'm eager to see the latest rendition of the film!

I managed about twenty pages and gave up. After reading a few reviews, I'm glad I did as this definitely isn't for me. Dnf. 2 ⭐.

I have no idea what I think about this book.

This was short but enjoyable enough. I rarely read christian fiction and I picked this up without realizing that that's what this is. I picked it up because it involved horses and I'm a sucker for horse related romances. This romance was a bit weak and relied on “god please send me the perfect man” situation. It's a very clean romance, though it has a slight bit of implied abuse towards Eliza, in that it's emotional abuse of her father not caring about her as a person. It was short, and good writing. 3 ⭐.

The best story out of all of these was Roberto. It was fucking hilarious and extremely satisfying for those who survived sexual assault. The first story made me queasy because it dealt with teeth and that's one thing I can't deal with. The rest were weird. 3.5 ⭐.

A heart wrenching historical ya novel of Japanese Americans imprisoned and a young girl who goes mute for a year until she finds her voice again. 5 ⭐!

This was absolutely adorable! So cute, with a few sad moments, I loved this!

Thought the writing was good, but some of the characters were just plain annoying af. 3 ⭐.

Fifty pages into the novella and I'm sorry but I'm just bored. The writing is fine but this just isn't working for me. I may try again later. 2 ⭐

It started off strong despite how ridiculous the two mcs acted towards each other. Then they hanged the main male character and his brother became MC heroines love interest and from there it just did not work for me. The characters weren't that appealing and the plot became more and more ridiculous. 3 ⭐.

3.5 ⭐. It was good but it wasn't quite for me.

I gave it 30% and gave it up. The problem is that the writing is awful, the characters are really immature, and Beau and Bonnie are really really really annoying af. I read this on KU. Definitely not continuing with this series.

This was okay. Read through it in about a day. A Scotsman rescues an English lass, raises her, and falls for her. 3 ⭐

This was great! For roughly two hundred pages, I really enjoyed this. I liked the mystery element, and the way Zane and Enzo's relationship developed. Definitely will I be picking up book two hopefully soon, and continuing the series. While the serial killer wasn't solved, the other mystery was. The book had a happy ending, and I am giving this 4.5 stars rounded up to 5 ⭐

I gave it my best shot and dnf'd at 100 pages. Despite the good writing, I was thoroughly bored. It was slow moving and while I was intrigued at the missing brother that turned out gay element, it was just draggingggg on and on. I'm sorry to the author but this just wasn't for me. 3 ⭐.

This was fascinating and very well done! I enjoyed this short story a lot. 5 ⭐!

Am I going to finish this whole series of Outlander this month? Probably not but I'm definitely going to next month!

This was a reread, again, and I finished it! I'm sticking with a 3.5 star rating. It was slow to build into, but eventually the pace picked up past the midway point. I'll be trying to continue with the series, as I have book two and five from secondhand bookstores. I'm hoping that the series gets better.

This felt like a very long book, and it was very good but also gut wrenching. I kept having to pause and think about what I read. It's an emotional punch to the gut. Kate Quinn is still one of my favorite authors but boy did this hurt! 4.5 ⭐ rounded up.

A reread for me, and as always a comfort read. I adore Middle Earth and Aragon, and the Hobbits, Legolas, Gimli all of the characters will forever have a place in my heart. 5 ⭐!
