Too suburban for me.

Amelia Bedelia but for adults

Chambers is a great writer, as evidenced by her ability to fully transport the reader to the 1950s. But I found the storyline itself boring and predictable.

This book gave me Sally Rooney vibes. Overall, I enjoyed the writing and storyline but I found some of the analogies hard to follow.

Highly recommend the audio book read by Tom Hanks!

I was so captivated by this story!

Some interesting points but I found the overall book to shallow for me.

terrible dialogue and storyline

The premise of this book has a lot of potential, but I found the writing repetitive and the characters boring.

Very disappointed in this book after really enjoying Feeney's other novels.

A heartbreaking and inspiring story!

Very interesting concepts! However, parts of this book were quite repetitive and felt like an extended Ted talk. I suggest checking out their website instead https://www.gapminder.org/

Hilarious read! 4.5/5

I don't understand the hype around this book. I didn't find that it introduced new ideas and was quite repetitive.

Couldn't put this book down!

A heart-wrenching coming of age story

This book started out interesting and then became repetitive and end up being not very insightful.

Beautiful illustrated graphic novel about the complexities of being human.

One of the few books I didn't want to end! My favourite read so far this year

Really enjoyed the first few essays!

Great research on how people choose to spend their money can shape how they feel. I love all the personal experiences from the authors' lives.

The second book was better than the first book in this series!
