It's a tad bit different than the Hollows, but I liked it.. it kept me interested from page one until the last.

I'll give this book a good review just due to the sheer fucked-up-ness that I wasn't expecting from a quick read. Definitely worth the time.

The main character really bothered me to be honest, but the storyline wad great albeit heart wrenching.

I honestly didn't like this book, however I shouldn't have had such high hopes for a book directed at pre-teens and teenagers.

Good base story line, but a preppers dream. Complete with “commies” and patriotic song. Shame I downloaded it before realizing the author is friends with Rush.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat! A bit of a cliffhanger at the end though. Loved it!

Just finished it. Have no idea what happened, thought on it, decided I was going too deep and decided to reread in the future.

Absolutely heartbreaking but necessary tale that needed to be told. A story of growing up in Appalachia and how one woman overcame. I would recommend this to all of my friends.
