This was a fun read but the last 15%ish had me skimming due to the 3rd act breakup

3.5 stars ⭐️ the end was kinda disappointing tbh

the end was kinda disappointing tbh

DNFing though I may pick it up again another day.

For now, I’m just not vibing with it having read the sample. I’m struggling to connect to the FMC during the first few chapters I read.

OMG WHAT JUST HAPPENED??????

I simply cannot wait for the next book

Through love, all is possible.

For a better world - ♾️ ⭐️

Wow, what an incredibly powerful journey this has been.

‘Once upon a time, in a land long since burned to ash, there lived a young princess who loved her kingdom...'

Didn't enjoy this one, struggled to finish it tbh

The way everything just came together at the end... I am destroyed

The series is really starting to pick up now and easily one of my favourites. The character development was amazing AND the plot was actually developing too!

I love the bond that's developed between Celaena and Rowan

3.5-4 stars

Lost interest at about 60% and skim read the rest

3 stars ⭐️

The book was a nice addition to the show, to understand and get some insight to the characters mindset, but it lacked depth.

“You were born on the longest night of the year.” His fingers again stroked down my back. Lower. “You were meant to be at my side from the very beginning.”

DNF

Second chance romances are either a hit or miss, and this was unfortunately a miss

DNF at 33% unlikable characters and I just can't get past the toothbrush thing

ALL THE STARS ⭐️ Johnny & Shannon

DNF. Was already skimming the first few chapters, just not for me.

Hopefully the other books in the series are better.

OMG this book was an emotional rollercoaster

DNF - started skim reading about half way through the book before totally giving up. Lost interest in the story.

I really tried to read more but I just can't with the insta-love

This was my first Kristen Ashley book and I LOVED IT. I can't wait to read more of her books!!!

“Thank you for taking care of me, darling.” “My job, baby,” he replied. “I'm glad you're good at it,” she returned.

DNF - just not feeling it
