I did not like this nearly as much as I liked The Dead Romantics. Too trope-y and in desperate need of some likable characters and a better editor.

Spectacular. Absolutely crushed me.

Grateful that I finished it, even if the circumstances surrounding doing so were enormously difficult.

This story, its characters, its heart, its kindness, is a generous gift. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Didn't grip me as much as I wanted it to, but I think that's my fault more than the books and I want to give it another chance.
