Never Lie was such a gripping read! The characters felt realistic, though at times I did wonder how certain details were relevantābut by the end everything came together brilliantly. Nothing about them felt predictable, which made the reveals even more satisfying.The twists? Absolutely shocking. I was convinced the therapist wasnāt really dead and would show up, so the way things unfolded kept me on edge the whole time. Compared to The Housemaid, the pacing was just a bit slower, but still fast enough to keep me hooked from start to finish.Honestly, I loved everything about this bookāfrom the suspense to the way Freida McFadden ties all the threads together. Iād highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys thrillers, especially those who love unexpected twists that really hit hard.
