This is a soft DNF for now. I want to know what happens but I'm frustrated with thrillers at the moment so I'm taking a break 

This book started off with promise and then it just dragged on and on. By the end I was listening to it at 1.5 speed. At first you are on edge wanting to know what happens but then it's just the same bs happening over and over again that seems like filler before it got to the point. 2⭐️

This book was INTENSE! I really enjoyed it. It kept me guessing each chapter as the story unfolded. Andi though... I wanted to punch her in the face SO MANY TIMES!!! Get it together Andi!! 4.5⭐️

This book was not at all what I expected. I had heard such good things about this book and I have wanted to read it for ages. Now that I have I'm still thinking about it and mulling it over. Honestly the women empowerment in this book is unexpected but I did enjoy how there were characters that banded together and protected one another. The drawback for me was there was just a lot of filler. Boring filler. And then a 277 page book that saying something. I felt myself skimming certain parts that I felt unnecessary to the story. All around I don't feel it lived up to the hype but it was a worthwhile read. 3⭐️

This book was so fascinating. To have someone share their own experiences with their mental illness, particularly with one no one seems to speak about, brought new insights on how sociopathy impacts those who live with it. The author shared her life in a bold and vulnerable way to educate the rest of us and it was an amazing journey. Sociopathy is a spectrum versus black and white bad vs good as everyone likes to see it. To see her experience through therapy and what worked and did not work for her as well was particularly one my favorite parts (I am a therapist though so I'm biased). I highly recommend this book. Whether you're a therapist or just fascinated by life stories- this is worth the read. 4.5 ⭐️

This was not at all what I was expecting. Which is disappointing. I was expecting something far more from this book. It built it up to be this “when a stranger calls” type book and then it gives you the ending it does? That's it? BOOOOOOO throws rotten food at the book so lame

Taylor Jenkins Reid does it again. I fell in love with all the characters and felt for out FMC when she was faced with them impossible. Without spoilers though, let's just say she made the right choice. 5 ⭐️

What. Did. I. Just. Read? This book was short and snappy. You wonder what the hell is wrong with both of the characters and it's a little triggering if you are no contact with a family member. That ending though?!?! 🤯🤯🤯

I could not put this book down. Everyone speaks so highly of Abby Jimenez and now I know why. Alexis and Daniel have so many reasons to not be together but through this story there are just so many reasons of why that doesn't matter. I loved every page of this book. I fell in love with these characters.  And the best part is that her bff is named Briana. All the best ones are named Briana. Soooooo obvious a 5 star read. 

This books true title should have been an Incels guide to murder”. Honestly this book was one where I truly needed to know how it ended and it had twists like a thriller should but I'm just sitting here thinking “really? This is the book?” And I'm sorry throwing in there that oh wait he's schizoaffective too! So that explains some of his behaviors! 😒 that's a no from me dawg. Way to stigmatize mental health. I heard such good things about this book and I'm just left feeling disappointed. I listened to it faster just to get through it. It stressed me out. It made me mad. And it's like a bad dinner at a restaurant you really thought you would like. Over hyped and a waste of time. 

The Very secret Society of irregular witches was so adorable. It had found family, love, and growth and change. I thought how Mika let people into her heart was particularly sweet and how Jamie allowed himself to change as well. I found myself rooting for the romance and giggling when those stolen moments happened in the book.  it was a fun read definitely worth the time  4.25 stars 

This book grips you from the start and keeps you hooked. You follow along with June trying to discover what is going on right along with her. Falling in love with each character and hoping that it all works out. Will read this again in the future 

I related to Delilah while reading this book. Feeling disconnected from family and just desperately wanting to belong somewhere? And caring when you really wish you didn't? This book was so relatable in that way. 
Then the relationship that builds between the two FMCs is so sweet and spicy. I absolutely enjoyed this book and cannot wait to read the rest of this series. 4.5⭐️

3.75 stars. Good story, wanting to see where it goes.

Great book but I never needed to know this much about his penis

This book is so helpful and has so many great (non outdated -cough Dave Ramsey cough-) tips. I just struggle with what to do when you are behind and are needing to get out a hole first because of illness or life kicking you when you're down and sadly this book didn't help me there but I do know what to do after that. Definitely recommend. Read this ASAP!

It was an insightful read of how one may handle a group in family therapy. I think the ideas were interesting, though I am not sure that is the style of family therapy I would initiate. Seeing the inner workings of the entire process of the therapy itself was very interesting.

It gets better and less infuriating the more your read it

3rd time reading it, still can't put it down

This book was slow and did not grab me. I found myself skimming pages and just not caring about the characters. I think this might be a soft dnf for now but we will see

Soft DNF. I like the movie too much and so it's interfering with me getting through the book. I will have to get back to this later 

Soooooo slow and boring. I hear the last 3rd picks up but I am NOT wasting all that time to get a few good chapters. Like seriously?!?!?! Don't waste my time. I have far too many books to read that are better. 

I hated this book. All the separate story lines to keep track of and frankly it was boring that I had no desire to see how it all played out.
