as much as i hate obsessive intense self-improvers reccomending this book, this was actually such a great read. Really helped me. Deserves the hype

Part 1 just kept repeating what was already clear in the introduction so I skipped to Part 2 immediately and then I finally decided I just couldn't finish it

Every chapter could've easily made into one paragraph because it doesn't really go deeper in the science or psychology behind it. The book supports its thesis by compiling life stories, not really explaining how the methods work. This could've just been a blog 😭

This book is literally just storytelling, sorry.

Bro they're just being straight up being freaky with each other the whole time from the start bro. I wasn't even feeling things when they finally did action and have their first kiss. No emotions or anything and then suddenly they had their kiss now.

The writing style is also putting me off😭😭😭 I hate it when the book just narrates everything LIKE LET ME DO THE THINKING YOU DON'T HAVE TO STATE EVERYTHING AND WHAT THEY'RE THINKING OR WHAT KIND OF INTENTIONS THEY HAVE. Let me have fun overthinking some things bruh😢
