I enjoy this cast of characters more each book. I actually only knocked it a star just because I don't really like when my cozy mysteries end with cliffhangers, it seemed all the other books didn't do this so it was a little jarring to me.

This was not as good as the first book and I wish we had focused more on her job again and somehow related that with family but this just felt very disconnected from the first book.

Wow, wow, wow. I haven't been taken into a world like this in some time and let me tell you I loved it all. The characters, the plot, and the setting.
