It provides lots of examples, practices and useful techniques people can use to enhance the relationships.
I wish i would’ve read it sooner.
This book will amaze you as you go through the familiar story of the Mahabharat. It'll tell you things that you already knew, things that you'll think you forgot and things that you would wonder if were there in the story you had heard. But at the end it won't matter. Because everything will fall into place. There will be almost no stone left unturned as you go through the story from the perspective of the person who found herself in the middle of everything in the Mahabharat- Panchaali.
It was quite amazing to read it from a single character's perspective. If you've read Mahabharat or heard it from someone or watched the story on television, and you liked it, I think you should read this book. Because this will bring back some memories you think you've forgotten.
Being interested in cryptography, I was quite intrigued to read this book and I wasn't dissapointed.
Although it had quite a few things that don't match up with the real world, it was quite a good, exciting read!
This is one of those books where you wonder, “at the beginning of the book,” - why is there a second part to the story? But as you read along, it feels more than the author wanting to write a second book because the first one was popular - unlike Ready Player Two. As the story unfolded, it brought me back to the world of the 12 districts, the capital, and the story of the Hunger Games. As the book ended, I was speechless because so much happened in the last few chapters. So much! I was dumbfounded, and I just wanted to start the third book. The reason I gave this book 4 stars is because of the feeling and the slow pace in the beginning. But as the pace picked up, there was confusion, excitement, laughter, anxiety, and so many more emotions that I felt.
Given that I didn't know if I liked the ending of the first book, I think this book was necessary to make me know more about the story.

I feel like there are a lot of plot holes in the book. A lot of places where you can say: really? The government or the big players couldn't think of ANYTHING better?
Furthermore, I'm not gonna lie, I did cringe at the “romance” part of the book. Maybe/Especially because I'm a man and the romance is from a woman's perspective.
Now that we got the cringe parts out of the way, I'd like to say that this book always kept me interested and excited. The plot is interesting and i always wanted more. Even though i would've liked more world building, since the book does move at a fast pace, i didn't miss it that much. Given this, I liked that the book kinda reads like screenplay and i could visualize the story or the “movie” playing in my head as I listened to the book. Yes i did listen to an audiobook. However, i did like it enough to buy it and buy the second and the third book. So there's that. I would recommend it for every romantasy lover. And if you can get over the cringe romance parts even to men who might wanna read more about dragons and fighting.
A brilliant work of fiction by Ernest hemingway!
The way he writes is one of my favorites. His style of writing does influence people to do something. As in this book he gives us a moral that we should never loose our hope and we should try our best to achieve what we want.
This book is filled with 70's,80's,90's trivia - American trivia - more than it's predecessor. Which, as a non-resident doesn't excite me that much. For that same reason, the book felt like a pain to go through and read all the details of a person or thing that happened in the past that I had no idea about and the whole mission was about it. I liked the concept of the new device. Loved the final few battles and the writing for all the battles.
I'm not sure how I feel about the ending. Especially their decision related to the space ship, how everything seems to happy and fluffy when the main character has a myriad of mental issues and has committed a lot of crime himself that nobody knows about...
But I also think, people who relate to the trivia might enjoy the book a lot more than I did. It was boring to go through all that trivia for me that I don't really care about... Hence the 3 stars.
Also, what was that about his ex girlfriend falling in love with him in the span of 5 hours??
I feel like this is one of those perspective changing books that everyone should read. It beautifully leads you through a story of a girl who at such young age understands how the world gives hate to some people just because of the color of their skin. I loved the way it was written. It's one of those books that leave you speechless after you've completed them and you just sit there. Thinking.
TL;DR: gripping story, amazing writing. A little bit predictive but exciting at the same time.
Although it took me a lot longer than I expected to finish this book, it was an amazing one.
Being my first audiobook, it took me some time getting used to listen to something on the phone when there are dozens of distractions ( as I'm wtiting this a notification comes buzzing and reminding me that the app has got my shopping covered ).
Read a book is quite different. You have the book and that's it. For me listening through the phone was harder than I expected but the book always brought me back as I wanted to know how things unfold.
It was a little bit predictive but I still always found myself wondering what happens next and how. The story is good. I did miss gadgets though - like I did in the previous novel.
The story wasn't as gripping as I'd like it to be. Overall it's an okay book with an okay story.
I loved this book the most other than any book in this series. The way J.K. Rowling has written this book blew my mind apart. How can she think of such story. J. K. Rowling, you've made me a great fan of yours
Psa: One thing I'd say is that when you pick up this book, you will be confused in the beginning. You WILL have trouble keeping up with different timelines. But then you'll understand what's happening and get used to it. Don't stop reading because you were confused in the beginning.
Okay, now to the book.
It was always interesting to pick up the book to see where the story is going. Some parts of it are predictable but it doesn't take much away from the story. The story is still always intriguing. At one point I felt like - urgh just tell me what happens already!! (In a good way).
The story picks up pace around the mid of book 2. And it gets interesting really quickly. So much so that you don't want to keep the book down.
I loved the sci-fi aspect of it. I loved the time aspect of it. What I didn't like was a bit of science but hey it's fiction.

Nice cute Love story by sudeep nagarkar, She swiped right into my heart revolves around a nerd(geet) and her best friends(shibani and Tushita i.e. around the trio).
It might be one of your reads but not one you might wanna buy and read all over again and again(although it depends upon your reading styles).
If you are a romantic book lover, this might be of your interest.

The book was interesting. I don't know if i like how it ended or not. But the book almost always kept me intrigued and interested.
To be honest, I never imagined this book to be what it is. I'm both blown away and grateful that I picked this up and started reading it. The twists and turns, the sadness and love, the cruelty and happiness; I went through every emotion while reading this. I was angry at characters, happy for some, sad when the time came and satisfied when the book ended.
I don't know what else to say other than the fact that I think everyone should read this. This was my first historical fiction book and it. has. set. some. standards.
Edit: I can understand why some people are angry and didn't like the book because of it's inconsistencies, a few plot holes, and romanticized war story. I understand that some people are sticklers for consistencies, character placement, environment factors and how some characters are portrayed. For me, that is not the case and hence a positive review. For me these factor's weren't THAT annoying because I was focused more on the story and the anticipation.
Although reading other people's reviews have reminded me of some questions and inconsistencies that I wondered about while reading the book, and I'd like to change my stars from 5 to 4.5, there's no option to do that and I'd like to keep it that way.
The Alchemist is one of those books which will engulf you into itself and make you wonder; a lot.

I've read some of the reviews and they're talking about the quotes in the book and how they make their eyes roll. I just want to say this: There will be some things in the book that the reader might think is cliche but its not about those quotes. Look at the big picture. It is about the perspective the author is talking about. That... is what matters.
This book gave me a new perspective and better understanding of the current situation in business and startups.
Did i enjoy the book? Yes.
Was the story interesting? Definitely.
Did it feel like i had no idea what's going on / it's stretched out until 75% of the book? Yes. Yes.
Was I uncomfortable reading some erotic parts? Yes.
Overall? Nothing you couldn't live without reading.
