Was a good ending to a 2 book series that could have been one longer book. It was a satisfying story and was fun to see where the world of the white rat started before the paladins series.

It was a interesting journey so far. I've read all the Saint of steel books before starting this one so I knew more about the mechanics and the world and it has been fun so far. it feels like a bit of an abrupt ending, and maybe the 2 books could be one. But only can be certain of that when I finish the sequel.
