Part of me wanted to devour this book because it was so good I didn't want to stop reading. But I wanted to savor the experience and just get into the world, and it was totally worth it! I love this book, it's one of my favorites of this year. I have high hopes for the second!

If you're a fan of Brandon Sanderson, you'll probably like this book. It has foreshadowing, a large cast of beloved characters, tons of plot twists and a great plot.

Hands down to one of my favorite books of this year! Ted Chiang writes astonishing stories that make you question the concepts and ideas you think you already know. I don't know of many authors who can cause such effect in their readers, so I'm glad I got to read this book.

It's impossible not to compare this book with the Three Body Problem, but I think it's not as epic as that trilogy. It's still good, but not mind blowing.

I was not expecting to like this book, because to me, The three body problem is still my favorite Cixin Liu trilogy. However this novella (?) was more that I had hoped for. It's a wonderful experience, and it has reignited my love for this author.

I can't deny it made me laugh out loud. But the mystery was not so mysterious as I was hoping for. However, I still think it's an enjoyable read!
