See allThis book was alright. I think there were a lot of good things in there for leaders to consider and I do feel like I learned from it. However, I wish all of the examples that were given weren't perfect. Show me how at first the principles presented failed at first, but after continuing to use them ended up working out. I don't think this is a leadership book that I would read again.
I read this book because I read Start with Why. I loved Start with Why. This book, however, fell flat. I don't think I could sum up his main point in one sentence. Sinek seemed all over the place. I powered through this book because it was one that my boss and I were reading. However, I feel bad for recommending it. I really skimmed through most of it because it felt like it had no connection from chapter to chapter.
