This book is very enjoyable. It' easy access social psychology and everyone is able to understand the different studies that are described in this book. I'd definitely recommend to anyone interested in psychology, human behaviour or even life in general.
Well written but a bit too simplistic at some times. Filled with a lot of examples so very explicit.
Interesting introduction to the Danish concept of Hygge through the personal journey of the author Signe Johansen. Heavy focus on food but some good explanations of key hygge concept. This is more of a practical manual than a analysis/description of Hygge lifestyle
This book is great to find the motivation necessary to overcome major obstacles and to help you decide when it's no longer necessary to go through those obstacles if your resources aren't sufficient or if the chances of success are too low. Quitting actually helps you.
