Why this book?
Sanderson’s accessible prose, relatable characters, and vivid world building makes mistborn an obvious choice. This book got me out of a 10+ year reading slump and showed me how much fun the fantasy genre could be. This book will always have a very special place in my heart and I know that this is not an uncommon story.
