y'all don't even know how many times I restarted this book. if you're gonna read this, make damn sure you aren't listening to it because this lady's voice??? why can i not understand your accent and why the HELL are you talking so quiet?
was a good book, i think Ijust spent 4 hours trying to listen to the first 20 minutes over and over again before i realized that i had to give this my full attention to understand anything.
but yeah, was good. movie was not as good lol
Ok this one is sad because like drinking is a very new thing to me and while i know it's ~bad~ for me i didn't know to what extent before reading this and it pushing me to learn more. Like i'm not saying i will never drink again (what the author obvi would prefer) it was informative in helping me reenforce the idea that i never will drink consistently or become a social drinker because it's just not work the health or mental health risks.
this book was supposed to be uplifting about how we can deal with burnout (well, that's what i thought) but it was really just stories of peoples burnout and how our generation is so burnt out and there's no expectation of norms changing to help with that and tbh got kinda negative about my future reading this and would not recommend at all.
Sent back to library before i finished, waiting on it to come back to me lol
Trying another book where the main character has OCD in hopes to feel a connection with someone who also has OCD. Will probably be a slow burn.
