Finding “The One” has been the task of the Watchers for years. Getting closer, Shane Ryan is now more of a threat than he was before - one that is destroying the hard work that they have been doing for decades.
Shane is determined to find “The One” and destroy him, ending the Watchers game once and for all - and hopefully keep more people from dying in the process.
Lake Nutaq has long held a secret, one where people are dying. Shane is about to stumble across this secret, trying to find some peace away from the insanity his home is causing.
Will he survive Lake Nutaq, or will he fall victim to the Native Americans who haunt the area?
Great read! I enjoyed the story, and the continuation of some of the backstory.
This was a horrifyingly awesome read! I really enjoyed this one! If a house ever needed burning, it is this one.
The original owner of Borgin Keep created a house of horrors, and those continued after his death. Shane and Frank learn there is another reason why some of the locations they have been destroying are so important to the Watchers.
Absolutely fantastic. I loved this book.
An old prison offers a chance of a lifetime for new opportunities - that is, until the ghosts inside are awoken. Having been killed in a horrific accident, one where the person who started it feels no guilt, the ghosts are angry, and they are looking for vengeance.
Shane and Frank are determined to stop the ghosts, but they are going to find that it is harder than they first thought, and the number of dead are about to increase.
Fantastic read! This one was a clear winner all the way around!
Medical professionals take a pledge to “do no harm.” However at Sanford Hospital, a rouge nurse from a bygone era is helping veterans to “move on” at the time of her choosing. Shane becomes aware of the problem after he is sent to Sanford for a skin graft.
Great read! I really enjoyed this one (and also the slight digs at the Veteran Affairs as well).
What starts out as a fun hike quickly turns deadly as a ghost is on the prowl. This one likes to hunt its prey, evoking massive amounts of fear.
Shane must try and figure out where the ghost is buried, and destroy the body, before anyone else dies.
Super fun read, and a few little shivers along the way.
Welcome to Berkley Street, 125 to be exact, where the house holds more ghosts than is normal. Be careful when you turn a corner. You may end up in a different part of the house than where you intended to go - as the house has a mind of its own.
In the darkness lurks a ghost, one more sinister than the others, and is determined to kill Shane Ryan.
Great read! This one has a lot of backstory that I feel is going to be important as the series moves forward. I enjoyed meeting some of the resident ghosts, and their stories as well.
Squirrel Island has long been reported to be haunted, although no one truly believes the stories. There are many disappearances that are tied to the island, but with the ocean surrounding the island, there is plenty of ways for a person to disappear, or have an unfortunate accident.
Shane is asked to go to the island to see if he can get rid of the ghosts. He plans to be there for a few days, but what he doesn't account for is a group of stranded boaters, who join him, and start dying off, as the ghosts move in.
This was a pretty good read. I enjoyed reading through this one, and learning a little more about Shane Ryan. Can't wait to see what the next book holds!
A baby rattle brings death to fathers, and Victor and Tom are working to stop the ghost from killing any more men.
Stefan is still out there, but Victor is quickly closing in – if he can survive the double crossings that seem to be happening...
Great story! There was so much awesomeness in this one! I wasn't ready for the series to end.
The story continues as Stefan is trying to stay one step ahead of Tom and Victor, while continuing to send out haunted items. This time, a class ring, with a killer attached. As bodies begin to pile up, Victor is on the search for the ring, and it could be hiding just about anywhere..
Great read! Enjoyed it!
I was familiar with Alvin York, before reading this book. There was a remarkable film done about him years ago, and that was my first introduction to this hero.
In this book, we learn more about Alvin York, and the heroics that catapulted him into fame. While during the war, he didn't want to kill anyone, but he did what he had to, to keep his men alive.
From the backwoods to the battlefield, this book fleshes out the man, and his character. If you were not familiar with Alvin York before, this is definitely a book that you need to read.
This was a great read! I enjoyed the story, and look forward to the remainder of the series!
Sending out the different items from his late mother's collection, death is being released into the wider communities. With his father's spirit demanding the return of all the items, Stefan is working to track down the items, but death is already stalking the innocent.
A Marine attached to a rifle is about to unleash horror on an unsuspecting community, and Victor and Jeremy are doing their best to track down the weapon and lock it away. They are also searching for the person who is selling the haunted items. For Victor, it is personal.
Great book! Enjoyed this one immensely.

What happens when you begin to release ghosts into a community? Well, murder for one. As bodies start to stack up, Brian is doing his best to stop the killings, but he is going to have to call in some additional help.
This was a fabulous story, and I enjoyed the plot! Another winner from Ron Ripley.
The sanitarium at Middlebury is holding some long, dark secrets. Brian is determined to figure out what is going on, and after an initial walk around uncovers some disturbing residents - the kind that are not alive - not anymore.
As Brian investigates further, he uncovers even more of the haunted past, and those tied to the sanitarium. Now, he hopes to make it out alive.
After the first book, there is a new mission - helping others to rid their homes of ghosts as well. However, this case is going to be a bit different than most, and could cost all of them their lives.
Great read! I enjoyed it, although the bonus chapters at the end added a little clarity to some of the information at the beginning. Great for a shiver!
What happens when the ghost of a young boy is determined to finish the ride on a downed boat? He begins killing people to fill the passenger list - and he is determined to take as many with him as he can.
Victor is searching for where the ghost may be hidden, and the item that he is attached to, but without knowing what the item is, the search seems daunting.
Great story, absolutely LOVED this one!
Martha doesn't like most people, and she is out to kill as many as she can. Attached to a embroidered sampler, she begins her rampage in a trailer park, the proximity giving her enough victims to keep her busy. Victor is on the search for the sampler, and he finds two allies in the park, both understanding what is happening.
Loved this one! The ghosts are getting a bit darker, and the story line unfolding is great. Can't wait for Stefan to get what he deserves!
When a pyromaniac ghost is set loose, flames are literally licking at the edges of each page. Molly can't help herself, as setting fires has been something she has been doing for ages. Victor and Tom are working to stop her as quickly as possible - without getting caught in the flames themselves.
Fabulous read, and ohhh, it was hard to put down!
Dan is one mixed up individual, but he is working to get himself together - and help the ghosts in the graveyard he tends to as well. As Janet ups her attacks, he becomes more determined than ever to stop her, but he is going to get some help from an unlikely person.
Awesome book. I flew through this one!
Phew, this series starts out with a bang - literally! A small child is wreaking havoc on a farm, and anyone that comes into what used to be his family's property.
When a new couple moves into the home, the activity within the home ramps up immediately. They may just not live long enough to enjoy their new house...
Fabulous read!
