Written in a documentary style, the story of the Osage is fascinating - and terrifying. This is a pretty quick read that exposes more of our sad treatment of Indians at the turn of the century and the greed that created quite a tragedy. Also interesting to learn of its influence on the formation of the FBI.

One of my top 5 favorites. Beautifully written with rich character relationships.
