This is one of the best fantasy books that I've read. At the beginning it was slow, but when it starts its engines you cannot stop until it finishes. I wasn't expecting some events ( I don't want to spoil) in the book, which makes it unpredictable and more interesting and enjoyable. This is my first Sanderson book, and I love the way he wrote this book. While reading, I forgot I was reading a book; it felt more like a good story told by a great historian.
This book is proof that it doesn't matter how old a book is, as long as it's good, it can be enjoyed and has the power to transport you to the author's era. Considering it's a book from the end of the 1800s, and given the technology that existed back then, it's amazing how creative and simple the author was in conveying his ideas. I thought I wouldn't enjoy it much after seeing several movies based on this book, but I was wrong. I really enjoyed it and consider it a great science fiction classic that you should read at least once if you like science fiction.
I don't know what Asimov added to his books, but the narrative catches my mind and greatly relaxes me.
It's another great chapter in the Foundation series, and it reminded me why I love Asimov's work so much. The way he builds tension without ever rushing and makes you think without making it feel like work is just masterful.
If you're into smart but still super readable sci-fi, I'd recommend this one. It's one of those books that stays with you after you finish it.
Be aware, this book is addictive! I didn't read it faster because I had to do real-life stuff, but this is the kind of book that you get immersed in the story and don't want to let it go. It's fresh and so different that I got hooked. The other thing that didn't help was having a cat resembling Princess Donut; mine is Princess Leia. Haha
Goddammit Donut!
Highly recommended it
Neuromancer is a captivating dive into the neon-lit world of cyberspace, often considered the father of cyberpunk. Gibson's bold and atmospheric vision makes for an imaginative read, though it's not easy. The narrative demands full attention, with characters introduced rapidly and storylines that can confuse. Yet, that chaos adds to its charm—reading Neuromancer requires embracing the fragmented brilliance. For those who invest the effort, it offers a rewarding journey through the digital frontier.

I think I will read it again because many things were happening in my life when I read it, and I couldn't focus, which is what I think this book needs.
