Sazed and TenSoon have been my favorites since book 2 and I feel vindication! Really didn’t know how everything would get wrapped up but feels remarkably satisfying. I love this world!

I was hooked! Loved getting more characters’ perspectives (even though I’m really not into Elend) - I like that their emotional worlds were more fleshed out and interesting than the first book. Love the worldbuilding most again

Would have loved more tie-in to the effects of bart on bay area communities, neighborhoods, lifestyles, but maybe that’s a different book. Super into the discussion of the technical and engineering process. Now I get to think about how it was made every time I take it!

I love linguistics and academia. Second half is weaker than the first but that’s how I always feel about academia fantasy. Excellent and well contained world building
