3.5 stars rounded up to 4/5! honestly it was better than I thought it was going to be and I was shocked at how much it aligned with the movie. it was interesting to get a different perspective on some of the characters, especially Jacob, who was portrayed so differently compared to the movies. Bella did end up being kind of insufferable from the middle to the end and I just kept thinking that she genuinely needed psychiatric help but Edward works too I guess idk

yes yes yes I loved this one! super unique and I found myself questioning everything and everyone throughout the whole thing. it had some of the fall vibes I was hoping for, and I loved that it kept me guessing until the very end. I actually couldn't put it down- I needed this so bad!

Only giving it 4 stars instead of 3 because I really loved Margaret's story! Wasn't obsessed with everything else but appreciated Hayden & Alice's relationship more at the end.

So so good as an audiobook!

This book really made me want to go visit New York City!! I really enjoyed the first 60% of the book and then it got a bit hectic for me. I would've loved some of the elements toward the end to be a bit more drawn out, as they felt a bit rushed. The main character, Elle, frustrated me a bit throughout the book, but I did find many qualities about her that were super relatable and I found myself rooting for her! Do I feel like the book is a bit overhyped? Yeah. But I did still enjoy the story and appreciated all the little details given to describing all the locations- made me feel like I was there!
