Unfortunately, I didn't learn much new information from this book. Having grown up on the internet and being what might be called "terminally online" have given me a front row seat to the fallout of Gamergate and the growth of the "manosphere" for pretty much my entire adult life. However, for others who aren't as familiar with these online cesspits, I could see how it might be eye-opening in the current cultural climate. The last couple of chapters gave me hope, though, that there are ways to combat the extreme misogyny that radicalizes men and boys.
