I've never read a story like this before, I've never read a book like this before. This is an incredibly engrossing and yet incredibly off-putting work. More than anything else it makes me want to read Fowles' other books.

What an amazing book! I feel like a fool for waiting so long to read it. It really touched me, I could barely put it down.

This was a really fun book! I knew Richard Osman as an extremely quick witted presenter and as one of my favorite comedians on the panel shows, I had no idea he was such a talented writer. This book was extremely engaging right from the start. Highly recommended!

What an amazing book! Unlike anything else I've ever read! I felt myself immersed in the story from the first page. I love reading, but I'm not really very good at writing reviews. Unfortunately I'll never be able to do this book justice with my poor writing skills. This was really one of the most amazing books I've ever read, and I don't know how I could ever describe it to anyone else. Except to simply say you have to read it for yourself.

Really, really good! I have enjoyed watching Graham Norton's show for years, he's always been so droll and quick witted, but I never imagined that he would be also a marvelous author. This is really quite the page turner! I liked it so much that about half way through I bought all his other books. Highly recommended!
