I follow Corporate Rebels for quite some time on Instagram and like their content as it relates with most of my experience in the corporate world since I started working. Unfortunately I must say I was disappointed with this book. I was expecting to have something actionable for any kind of employees, like their Instagram content, but this ended mostly being a "best workplace" tour and ideas that are suitable for CEO, HR leaders and so so, no for every kind of employees. It was interesting to see those different ways of working, but I can't help to wonder how much of those subsisted over the years after COVID and the AI wave...
