The book works as a conventional romcom story and has few good moments. I guess I'm not made to read romance stories, I'd enjoy it more if it's in movie form.
Reading this book is like scrolling through a Pinterest mood board - pleasing on the eye, but hollow. Also too long for it's own good. Not to mention one particular part is unnecessarily racist
bit of a brainless listen to get me through laundry and housework. Alex Finke did the best with the material provided but overall it's just uninteresting
