Why this book?
amazing. it is a war book, sort of. it's more coups and politics. despite the boring-sounding subject material, it is actually quite interesting! filled with spying, backstabbing, commentary on colonialism and linguistics, AI-powered cities, and the tiniest smidge of romance to sweeten the deal.
