Although the author mentioned it often, it was still easy to see how her privilege affected some of the outcomes. However, even with that disclaimer, it was a compelling read and a must read for all who complain about the poor.
There wasn't new material here. The narrative aspect was nice, but still, no info that I didn't already have.
The writing style was a bit hard to get used to, I'm not really sure I ever did. It was a cute book, but maybe not that realistic about teenagers.
Couldn't get through the whole thing. It was a lot of the same, with no growth and too much self-hatred.
