Book I read as a kid! I think it’s a very interesting plot, but I do think it’s drawn out. I know it’s a series, but we can’t get through the first book without getting to the main issue that is established at the beginning, which I don’t like. A lot of the adventure seemed pointless plot wise.
I did really like it, solid plot and a good take on this genre. The end was weird to me a bit, I know it’s “in character” but I don’t know… it was just a bit hmm. Also what happened with Dr. Suh? We never really get closure on her character.
I really loved this book! Picked it up out of boredom at the library and didn’t expect it to be this good. Lot’s of twists and well thought out plots.
