What was that quote? Some people just exist, don't live? I feel that a lack of meaning just sets you on autopilot and wonder why time flies by without anything seeming to change. Read and watched a lot of Holocaust stories so was familiar with the first part of the book, but the Logotherapy section was something new for me and quite interesting.

A bit repetitive, but this goes to show how just a tiny few practices and mindsets can lead to a happy and mindful life.

Perfect example of a book that I will probably love on a reread, because the first time it's a surreal mumbo-jumbo with a lot of characters and time jumps that left me wondering if I should have taken notes.

The bits of information presented through documents and recorded conversations added a bit of flair to a pretty mundane mystery, especially when the character of the title is so forgotten.

If I wanted to read about what people dream, I would have gone on r/dreams... expected a guide, but only got retellings.

Aside from the religious chapters, which with all due respect, I am not interested, this is a must read for everyone.

A lot of interesting theories and maybe, uncomfortable truths, but some parts just deny other important fields, such as psychotherapy. I just can't buy that genes are more influential than parents when you are a child, sorry.
