It’s pretty fast paced which is what I want right now, and this is the most I’ve read in 1 day in a while. I don’t think it’s writing style is for me and it doesn’t seem as creative or unique as I hope it would be. Not a bad book but imagining reading 400 more pages of this book and like 5000 pages for the rest of the series doesn’t seem very exciting.

Good and entertaining stories. Not a lot I didn't already know and made me stressed so

I wanted to give this 2 stars but that would be mean. Why are people recommending this as an entry into horror

a lot of anecdotes about people who usually control their own time and don't work in an office. not many new ideas or techniques for me as a corporate peasant

A book for my past or my future

Pretty damn good. The language was beautiful

When it hits, it hits. But a lot of the book seems a bit off-topic or irrelevant to me. Or the point is belabored and presented in a roundabout way which I did not enjoy much to read. But when it hits, it hits the soul.

Good but unnecessarily misogynistic? Like the misogyny didn't develop the character any

A really heartbreaking story that is a great introduction to the problem of man's negative effect on the environment. The illustrations are cute and the story is powerful even as the language is targeted towards children.

I'm eager to read this to my children as they grow up and I need to explain what is happening to the environment.

I don't know how you could make an interesting topic so boring

great but hilariously outdated in some parts

It would have been nice if anyone was happy ever

probably the last King book I'll read for awhile

The problem again with masters writing for beginners

It's British and I feel like I'm missing half the jokes and also don't know what they're talking about

Maybe I don't like Russian books

The language was enjoyable but it was a bit academic and I didn't feel like I was getting much out of it

I thought it would be a series of fun facts but he talks about colors for a hundred+ pages and then it ends anticlimactically so I'm giving up

I also don't get what this guy is trying to say
