Better than I remembered.

An excellent book relevant for anyone with long-term goals. Mastery reveals the path to succeeding at difficult tasks. Especially poignant in today's instant gratification (credit-challenged) society, Mastery rebuffs the quick-fix and instead focuses on the keys to life-long learning and true mastery of a subject.

Interesting tidbits. If you read Lifehacker.com as regularly as I did, then you'll be familiar with a lot of the book. But, if you don't, and you're interested in lifehacking or computer tricks it's a must read.

Career guide for World 2.0. Quick read, too (1-2 hours). Indispensable advice I wished I'd had 12 years ago.

I love this book. You can read it online for free. While it is a geeky look at Windows, Mac OS, and Linux, the acccesable writing will make you forget that you're reading an essay.
