man I wanted more from this. I enjoyed bits but also?? there was so much missing. Seeing reviews hype up the ending had me hoping for that but I found it the most disappointing bit??? Super predictable. This book wishes it was acotar

Get therapy girl!!!!!

man this was tough to get into at the start, then it was like being unable to look away from a car crash, and then I was so close to the end that I kept going. I don't think I'd recommend it but there were bits I enjoyed

I'm back to write my review - I can't stop thinking about this book. Not even consciously - but just at random points throughout my waking hours I am thinking about it. I get excited to find time to read more of the mist and then realise I've finished it and get sad. For such a short book it has taken over my mind and I love it

I really struggled towards the end of the book - especially the CRISPR chapter. I loved the beginning, then was obsessed with the chapters discussing real life uses and examples but found it confusing and disappointing to then jump back into history again

this started so god awfully bad so I don't know if I enjoyed the second half only in comparison to that?? weird book

this was amazing.
you know it was good because every night I would spend an hour+ conveying all the new knowledge and eureka moments to Jack without gaps to breathe (or for him to say much!!)
Seriously recommend this - not preachy or obnoxious, just accessible, informative, relatable
