I liked the concept of the story, but it didn't grip me as I would have hoped. The characters lacked a little depth. It was an okay read.
This story was better than expected. The characters all had a backstory that was easily explained in such short time. There was no holding back with the gory details, but this added to the overall vibe of this murder mystery. The concept of the story is super interesting, can't wait to learn about more worlds in the upcoming books.
This book.. i ugly cried at the ending. The story was full of twists and turns and I am here for it. Takkan is perfection. So much has happened, nearly forgot about Ai'long. The world building is amazing! And Kiki ♡
This short story made me want to reread the other Illuminae Files books!
