One of the best books I've read in a long while. Beautifully and evocatively written, I yearned to have the stamina, bravery and guts to do what she did.

Absolutely every woman should read this book. It is brilliant, funny, poignant, heart-breaking and wonderful, all at the same time.

Bitterly sad but utterly brilliant

Aside from a few fascinating insights into feminism and the patriarchy, this really wasn't my cup of tea and it was a struggle to finish it.
