It all started with Shadiversity, Shad's first YouTube channel (originally called 'I Am Shad') that launched back in 2015, which now has over 1.6 million subscribers. Over the years Shad has accomplished many things, from writing novels to to starring in multiple web series. He has consulted for the film industry and some of the largest names in the fantasy and pop culture genres. Shad has launched three additional YouTube channels including Knights Watch, The Shadlands, and Shad AI, and has been a major host on many popular live streams, as well as helped produce various custom products that are must have collectables for every geek at heart.

Shad's undying passion for innovative content has led him to explore a multitude of artistic mediums, and the sheer variety of creative work is a testament to his versatility.

Shad's love for fantasy can be traced back to his childhood in country Victoria, where he spent his days making wooden swords and exploring imaginary worlds. This passion for the world of fantasy has grown and matured with him, allowing Shad to bring these worlds to life through videos, illustrations, and most importantly his novels and graphic novels.
