I really enjoyed Book 2 as it delves into the past and we really begin to see why the Croathus and Anaghwin became who they are and also what part Sean Brathius played in creating the chaos and later salvation of the world.

The world building is fantastic and I love all the characters, main and minor. It's such an interesting concept on a what if scenario...what happens when the world is taken over by what scientists have created. Sometimes creation should best be left to natural processes.
