What starts out quite charmingly, rapidly dwindles into a prosey bore. Sabrina Fairchild lives quietly in the country with her young sister, Posey, and their aunt, Alice Cunningham. Their father, Henry, is still on the Continent in a military capacity even though the war against Boney is long over. With little warning the new Mrs. Fairchild arrives with her handsome son, Raymond, and her shy, retiring factor, John Lawlor. From this point on all else is talk, talk, talk.
