ARC Review
A Witchy Situation was a short and sweet story. I enjoyed the premise and was looking forward to reading something with fall vibes. I wish there was more description of the atmosphere to really capture the autumn season. I did feel like some parts could have been fleshed out a bit more as well. The best friends to lovers trope was cute, but it felt a little awkward at times. Some of the interactions didn't flow very naturally and felt like the emotions of these characters were lacking some depth. I do think the scenes with the grandparent were well done. I truly felt more emotional connection with what was happening in those moments.
I really wanted to love this, but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations.
