Accidental death of an anarchist

“When we did the play about the death of Pinelli- Accidental Death of an Anarchist - we did it at another theatre nearby. The public had demanded the play. It was written quickly because there was a trial in Milan against a communist newspaper which had attacked the police, and the play involved these killings. So while the court was in daily session, we performed the play every night. The play would follow the trial and our audience discussions”
