Alexia Loves Troy

Disclaimer: I might be biased, because I have thoroughly enjoyed the first two Misfit books (and the companion rom-com series Haven Hallways), and Alexia Loves Troy is a wonderful addition to the series.

It was fun to see prickly “Shawty” Alexia's usual MO to keep everyone at arm's length totally fail in the face of sunshiney, all-around-good-guy Troy, and it was great to see these two apparent opposites discover enough common ground to become friends - and more.

Written with Jordan Ford's trademark mix of realistic, flawed characters, swoony romance, a healthy dose of humor, and a delicate balance with the underlying heavier issues, this story fits in perfectly with the previous books in the series.
