This cozy mystery told us a little more about Josie and her past. That made a difference in understanding her reactions to things. The victim didn't have too many secrets, but there were a lot of suspects. There seemed to be a whole lot of the criminal stalking her and not much detective work. So to me the pace was a bit slow, but sometimes that's a good thing. Overall, another great novel about Josie Prescott. This is a lovely cozy mystery series.
